Maryland Blues(Crab Farming Simulator) 2016
On the Crab Farm of Maryland Blues discover what it takes to be a real crab farmer as you run your own tanks and corrals by the Chesapeake Bay and work with IMET( Institution of Marine Environmental Technology).
Raise baby crabs from their Zoea form to being Adult crabs. You have one year to develop your farm and make a profit to provide for IMET.
The Bayside Studio team consisted of 9 developers. This game was developed in line with COSC 477 Community Focused Game Development. As a team we had the opportunity to intern and collaborate with the staff of IMET to help them create a game that helps educate children about crabs.
My role in development was mostly programming and on the side I did several art design related projects. A part of my job was compiling other team member assets into the unity game engine.
One of the most challenging aspects of this development was the intensive UI coding that was required.

Cauldron Collage (Game Jam 2016)
Cauldron College is a game I helped develop during the Global Game Jam 2016. The event was held at Shady Grove University.
Within our 48 hours to develop a game based on the theme "Ritual", we as a of five developers designed a game called Cauldron College.
About: The premise of the game is that you are a witch who aspires to graduate from witches school. In order to do so, you must complete adhere to the local townsfolks potion orders. Depending on how well you please the towns folk decides whether you graduate or get burned at the stake.
Roles: For this project I focused primarily in 2-D art design. I helped assist in debugging. I chose the music to be played during the game and personally created the opening theme using LSDJ(8-bit sequencer).

Prince of Pestilence (Sick Village) - Skyrim Mod 2015
For my class Level Design COSC 370 our overall project was to come to together in groups and create a mod for the game of our choice. As one can see, we chose Skyrim for our mod.
About: The story behind our mod is that the village of Bristol along the Bristol Ridge has been afflicted with a plague. It's up to you the player to find out what's causing the sickness and eradicate the problem.
Development: The design for the mod was split up between four of us. I took part in creating the entire exterior village, village npc's, delagating AI packages, nav meshing, coding the quest, compiling all of our assets, and connecting our mod to the Skyrim overworld. My team mates created the interior house spaces, enemy npc's, npc voices, story writing, and both mine/dungeon levels.
Everything was new for us and it was exciting to create such a project for the first time using the creation kit.

Baltimore Budget 2015
The Baltimore Budget game was an independent credit class project assigned to the students of the University of Baltimore Simulation and Entertainment Design program from the Baltimore Council.
The game was a way for the council of Baltimore to connect and reach out to the citizens and get a general idea of where to allocate their finacial distribution to where it would most matter.
About: The player is surveyed to find out what they would most like to see Baltimore prioritize amongst the cities spending costs. The player explores the city going to popular spots while being asked to give their input on finacial choices in the city. These choices affect your own personal budget. The player must balance the cities budget while making sustainable and wise choices.
Development: I was brought onto the team late in development. By the time I came on most assets were created. I was asked to program some aspects to help complete the game. The game was never completely finished since the city council needed it done by a certain date. Most of the game was completed except for several medium bugs. The original idea was to upload the game to a browser platform on the city council website so the council could take players data on what they thought was important for the city to focus on.
Role: Lead Programmer.
